Help

What is my username?
You require your username (which is your Employee Number) to log in or to request a password reset. You can find your Employee Number on a previous payslip or from your line manager. Your username is not your National Insurance number or e-mail address.

How do I find my welcome e-mail?

If you cannot find your welcome email from [email protected]  and this is your first time using Epay you will need to set up your password and security question. You can do this using the forgotten password link and following the instructions. You will need to enter your username as per above.

What do I do if I repeatedly get the message “you have not answered your security question correctly, please try again”?

You will need to reset your security question. On the security question screen click on “Forgotten your answer?”. Follow the instructions and click on “Get Temporary Code”. You will be e-mailed a new code which you can use when you next login to reset your security question by selecting “I have a temporary code”.

Who do I contact if I have followed all the frequently asked questions and still cannot access my E-pay account?

Contact your line manager in the first instance to confirm you are using your correct Employee Number. If you are still unable to access the portal your line manager will need to submit a query on your behalf via the Epay Query/Request Form located on PeopleWorks.
