Non-accessible content

Despite best efforts to make Epay accessible, there are some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Epay:

PDF uploads: PDFs supplied by your employer or a third-party – at the request of your employer – may not be accessible. Epay does not control the content uploaded by your employer or a third-party. Epay does provide information to your employer on how to make PDFs more accessible.

Colour contrast: The default Epay colour scheme meets minimum contrast ratio requirements. Your employer can choose an alternative colour scheme for this website to meet their brand guidelines. This might not provide enough contrast to meet colours criteria. Epay will help your employer decide on an accessible colour theme and offer useful tools to support their decision.
