Help

If you are trying to log into Epay for the first time;

You will need to have received your welcome email from [email protected] before you can set up your account. Please check your spam / junk folders.                                                        If you have NOT received your welcome email; please email us at [email protected] confirming your:

  • Full name
  • National insurance (NI) number

Alternatively you can contact us on 0113 37 60350 to speak to an advisor.

If you have received your welcome email, here's what you need to know;

  • Your username is your NI number – this must be entered in UPPER case
  • Your temporary password will be contained in the email and you will be prompted to change this to something more memorable on the initial login
  • You will need to download the Microsoft Authenticator app to your mobile device to generate a token number each time you log in to view your payslip
    Note; you will be unable to set up the Authenticator app for Epay until you have received your welcome email
  • Guidance on how to download the Microsoft Authenticator app and link it to your Epay account can be found below
  • Your payslip will be available in Epay shortly before your next pay date (16th or 26th)

If you have logged in previously to your online payslip account;

  • If you have forgotten your username; your username is your NI number – this must be entered in UPPER case
  • If you have forgotten your password; you can request a password reset via the forgotten password link on the login screen                                                                                                             Note; you must enter your NI number in the required username field and NOT your email address
  • If you need to set up the Authenticator app on a new device; please see the Epay guidance document below for a reminder of how to download the Microsoft Authenticator app and link it to your Epay account
